Hengdong is the name of my hometown, a very small and banal town in the central part of China. I have not lived here since adulthood. After a long time away from home, many things I grew up with appeared peculiar to me, others I did not understand still remain mystery. By doing this project, I tried to understand the idea of hometown and to reaquaint myself with this place.
